SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmacology; it is aimed at the production of glycosyl flavonoid compositions. A water-soluble antioxidant composition is disclosed, containing L-arginine and a glycosyl compound of the formula (I), where R is part formed from glycose or rutinose; and the composition contains the glycosyl compound and L-arginine in the molar ratio from 1:1.8 to 1:2.8. A method for the production of the above-mentioned composition is also described.
EFFECT: proposed group is an effective antioxidant agent with improved solubility.
