SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free industry. Disclosed is a composition of ingredients for a non-alcoholic balsam containing sugar syrup, honey, a colourant, a vegetal spicy-aromatic raw material, including St. John's wort herb, currant leaves, cardamom seeds, and fruit-and-berry raw materials, including rosehips, wherein vegetal spicy-aromatic raw materials and components of fruit-and-berry raw materials are used in the form of water extracts, wherein composition of vegetal spicy-aromatic raw materials additionally includes common linden flowers, oregano herb, fennel leaves, twopenny grass leaves, Norwegian angelica roots, anise fruits, and in the composition of fruit-and-berry raw materials – blackthorn berries at the following ratio of initial components per 100 decalitres of the ready product: water extract of vegetal spicy-aromatic raw materials, l – 467.5; water extract of rosehips, l – 340.0; water extract of blackthorn berries, l – 42.5; sugar syrup, l – 100; bee honey, l – 30; colourant, l – 20, wherein the aqueous extract of the vegetal spicy-aromatic raw material contains the initial vegetal components in the following ratio, wt.%: linden flowers – 36.4; St. John's wort herb 5.5; black currants leaves 36.4; oregano herb 1.8; twopenny grass leaves 3.6; fennel leaves 1.8; Norwegian angelica roots 9.1; anise fruits 3.6; cardamom seeds 1.8.

EFFECT: invention allows to enhance organoleptic indices, biological value, and also expands the range of alcohol-free balsams.
