FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to graphite-plastic powder compositions used for compacting by pressing such products as brushes of electric machines, sliding contacts of electric receivers of urban (trolleybuses) and railway (electric trains) transport. The composition for the manufacture of electrical products contains components taken in the following ratio, wt.%: Pulverbakelite 19-20; Powder bronze highly dispersed PBHD-1 20-28; artificial graphite rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the strength and reduce the electrical resistance of products obtained from the composition.
