The effect is achieved by setting the first and second groups of consumers, setting and counting the first and second groups of time intervals in accordance with the season of the year, and the intervals are set per second, during which it is necessary to backup the power supply of the first or second, respectively, groups of consumers from a backup source of power supply when disconnected the main source of power supply, the disconnection of the main source of power supply is controlled, if the main source of power supply is turned off at the moment when the countdown of one of the first or second group of time intervals is turned on, then they give an informative signal to select and connect, respectively, the first or second group of consumers to the backup source power supply, when the main source of power supply is switched on again, an informative signal is issued to switch the first or second group of consumers from the backup source of power supply to the main one.
