FIELD: complex mineral fertilizers production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of complex mineral fertilizers based on distillery liquid - a waste of soda production. The method for obtaining a complex mineral fertilizer based on distillation liquid includes the process of interaction of calcium chloride containing in distillation liquid with calcium monohydrogen phosphate at a temperature of 85-90°C for 3.5-4 hours in a molar ratio of calcium monohydrogen phosphate: calcium chloride =2-2, 06:1. The hydrochloric acid formed in the process is neutralized with a 40-45% aqueous solution of caustic potassium at 40-50°C for 2.2-2.4 hours, followed by treatment of the reaction mixture with phosphoric acid and a 30-36% aqueous solution of ammonia at 41-45°C for 1.5-2.0 h, and then at 61-62°C for 1 h at a molar ratio of H3PO4: NH3 = 1:1. Distiller liquid contains, g/l: CaCl2 - 111-115, CaCO3 - 0.7-1.2, Ca(OH)2 - 0.8-1.1, CaSO4 - 0.3-0.4, NH3 - 0.2-0.28, the rest is water.

EFFECT: proposed method for producing a complex mineral fertilizer based on a distillation liquid is a resource-saving technology for producing tricalcium phosphate as part of a complex mineral fertilizer and ensures the disposal of soda production waste.
