FIELD: metals corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the protection of metals from atmospheric corrosion, in particular to the temporary protection of steel, aluminum and its alloys with contact inhibitors. The composition contains a salt of aliphatic sarcosic acid, trialkoxysilane and alkyl phosphate in the following ratio of components, wt.%: salt of aliphatic sarcosic acid 4.0 - 6.0, trialkoxysilane 2.0 - 4.0, alkyl phosphate 1.0 - 3.0 and water - the rest.
EFFECT: composition is highly effective and is able to form thin protective layers on the surface of the protected metal, preventing atmospheric corrosion.
