SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of seating furniture. The stool contains a seat and legs attached to the seat with a fastener, the seat is made of multilayer and consists of an upper soft layer made of soft plastic ethyl vinyl acetate and a base, including a metal insert plate and nuts placed integrally with the upper layer of the base made of polypropylene, the insert plate is made of a variable profile, the legs of the stool are made of polycarbonate and are connected in the upper part with a split sleeve by means of a slotted connection, with the base of the stool legs are fastened by means of a threaded connection, including a base nut, a metal threaded stud and a conical threaded hole of the sleeve. The stool manufacturing method consists in the fact that the stool base is made by injection molding of polypropylene together with a metal embedded plate and nuts placed in the base at an angle to the axis of the stool, then the top soft layer of the seat is made by injection molding of ethylene vinyl acetate plastic, then by injection molding polycarbonate pressure is used to produce legs, in the upper part of which split bushings are installed into the cavity of the legs by means of a slotted connection, the legs are fastened to the base of the stool by means of a threaded connection, including a base nut, a metal threaded stud and a conical threaded hole of the split bushing.

EFFECT: invention improves the operational properties of the stool with a simultaneous reduction in labor costs and the cost of its manufacture.
