FIELD: manufacture of furniture, stools in particular.
SUBSTANCE: stool has seat, leg and fastener for connecting them. Upper surface of each leg is made at angle relative to longitudinal axis of leg which differs from right angle, thus making it possible to lock legs by passing them through holes found in fastener, for example through holes of retainer. Upper parts of legs are located between surface of seat and retainer, thus ensuring permanent joint.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of securing legs to seat; low cost of articles.
