SUBSTANCE: invention relates to precursors of catalytically active material or to catalytically active materials, a method for the production of a precursor of catalytically active material, a method for the production of catalytically active material, and a method for dewaxing of hydrocarbon or a hydrocarbon mixture. The precursor of catalytically active material or catalytically active material contains platinum, a molecular sieve, a carrier based on metal oxide, and at least 0.5% by wt. of carbon. The molecular sieve is one or several materials having MRE structure. Metal oxide is selected from a group including aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide-aluminum oxide, and titanium dioxide. The specified platinum is dispersed in such a way that at least 90% of the surface area of platinum or platinum weight is in clusters on the specified molecular sieve, and the specified platinum is dispersed in such a way that at least 90% of the surface area of platinum or platinum weight is in clusters having a size as defined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), less than 2 nm. The method for the production of the precursor of catalytically active material includes stages: a) formation of carrier paste by combining aluminum oxide with the molecular sieve, b) extrusion or granulation of the specified carrier paste with the formation of carrier particles, c) impregnation of the specified carrier particles, using impregnation by moisture capacity with a platinum salt solution containing an organic additive, such as citric acid, to obtain the catalyst precursor, d) drying of the specified catalyst precursor at a temperature from 120°C to 200°C in the air. In the method for the production of catalytically active material, the specified precursor is brought into contact with a reducing agent flow, such as hydrogen, at a temperature between 150°C and 350°C. The method for dewaxing of hydrocarbon or a hydrocarbon mixture is carried out in the presence of catalytically active material and hydrogen under dewaxing conditions.
EFFECT: provision of catalytic material, which is highly active and selective relatively to dewaxing or hydroisomerization.
