FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: preparing a molded zeolite-containing catalyst support based on a mixture of an acid component – zeolite of the *MRE structure, which is EU-2, having a molar ratio of SiO2:Al2O3=160÷200, and aluminum oxide with BET specific surface area of at least 250 m2/g. Prior to mixing, zeolite is pre-treated in conditions which do not lead to amorphization and do not lead to loss of micropores of the zeolite. Mixture is moistened, peptized, plasticizer is introduced, molded, dried and calcined. Platinum is deposited on the obtained support by ion exchange from an impregnating solution containing Pt(NH3)2(NO2)2, successively holding carrier at room temperature for at least 3 hours, at temperature 80–95 °C for at least 5 hours, then at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Impregnated catalyst is dried at stepped rise of temperature (60, 80, 120 °C) and holding at each temperature for two, four and four hours respectively. Dried catalyst calcined at temperature of 400–450 °C for 2–3 hours.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of output of target dewaxed products on isodeparaffinization catalyst using gas-raw mixture with sulfur content of up to 5000 mg/kg.
