FIELD: high-integration parts dissipating heavy power in operation. SUBSTANCE: mounted in bottom part of enclosed cabinet case are heat- transfer apparatus and through ducts with fans integrated in a draw-out unit. Draw-out unit is provided with atop-mounted heat sink built integral with through ducts of fans from high-heat-conductivity metal. Space between draw-out unit and bottom base of case serves to provide communication between through ducts, fans, and cooling medium heat- transfer ducts arranged along case walls. Walls of through ducts are cooled down by cold junctions of thermoelectric modules connected to them and take heat off air passed through ducts. Heat released from hot junctions of thermoelectric modules is discharged with aid of cooling agent flowing through coil pipe abutting against them and provided with inlet and outlet nozzles.
