FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, more specifically to a method for formatting and transmission of an aggregated physical layer protocol data unit (hereinafter – PPDU) in a wireless communication system. A reception device is claimed, containing a receiver, which receives a transmission signal having an aggregated PPDU. The transmission signal includes the first set and one or more second sets. The first set includes a set of the first fields located in the following order: an inherited preamble field, an inherited header field, a non-inherited header field, a non-inherited preamble field, and a time-axis data field. Each of the second sets includes a set of the second fields located in the following order: anon-inherited header field, and a time-axis data field. The reception device also contains a decoder, which decodes the transmission signal to generate decoded bits for the data field in the first set and the data field in the combination of the second sets by means of using the non-inherited header field and the non-inherited preamble field. The inherited preamble field, the inherited header field, and the non-inherited header field of the first set are generated in the form of a single stream, and the data field of the first set and the data field of the mentioned one or more second sets are generated in the form of a set of streams.
