SUBSTANCE: wireless communication device serving as an NG60 WiGig device includes a PPDU generator which generates a physical layer protocol data unit (MF) of a PHY control layer, including a legacy preamble, a legacy header, an NG60 header (non-legacy header), a data field, and identification information indicating that a non- legacy header is included, and a transmitter which transmits the generated MF PPDU of the PHY control layer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of data transfer rate in WiGig technology, while maintaining backward compatibility with IEEE 802.11 WLAN standard.
