FIELD: additive production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the generalized field of manufacture of parts of polymer materials, metals, metal alloys, or ceramics by additive production, in particular to a method for on-site deposition of coating by additive production, a system for deposition of filamentous material, and to abrasion coating of walls of a turbomachine. The method is carried out by deposition of thread of abrasion material on an inner surface of a turbomachine case along a deposition trajectory to create a three-dimensional frame of threads forming an ordered set of channels between themselves. Moreover, the method includes: positioning of the system for deposition of filamentous material along the longitudinal axis of the specified case, deposition of the first layer of the specified coating by 360° along the circumference of the case, rotation of the system for deposition of filamentous material at the first angle, and positioning of the system for deposition of filamentous material along the specified longitudinal axis of the case at a location and at a distance relatively to the first coating layer, deposition on a sector of the specified case by relative axial displacement between the case and the system for deposition of filamentous material of the second layer of the specified coating on the first coating layer, implementation of relative displacement along the circumference between the case and the system for deposition of filamentous material at the angle of deviation corresponding to the first sector already covered during the deposition of the second coating layer, and repetition of the deposition stage on the specified sector of the case and the stage of relative displacement along the circumference by the angle of deviation for following sectors until, until 360° circumference of the specified case is covered. After rotation of the system for deposition of filamentous material to the second angle, all the previous stages are repeated for next layers until a coating thickness is obtained. The system contains: a conical screw for extrusion, having two inputs for simultaneous introduction of at least two components, a nozzle for ejection of abrasion material, taking into account verified shape and dimensions, onto substrate to form a three-dimensional frame, a heating lamp installed in the close proximity of the nozzle. Moreover, the system for deposition of filamentous material follows a deposition path under the control of a control unit, to which it is connected.
EFFECT: formation of abrasion material, which allows for significant reduction in noise generated by turbojet engines of an aircraft, and, in particular, noise generated by a fan-OGV node (OGV – outlet guide vanes), as well as compensation for defects in the formation, arising due to a composite nature of substrate, on which it is intended to apply abrasion material.
