FIELD: turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite material sector production, turbine, having nozzle segments, made using such method, compressor for gas turbine engine, which diffuser contains sectors, made using such method, and to turbine engine. Technical result is enabled by method of sector from composite material making for turbine engine component. At that single-feather modular blades are produced, each of which has inner flange, outer flange and feather, passing between inner and outer flanges and attached to them. At that each blade is made at stages, on which first integral fibre workpiece is made by third-dimensional weaving. Then forming fibre workpiece to produce solid fibrous preform, having first section, forming feather preform, second section, forming inner flange preform, and third section, forming outer flange preform. Then preform is partially compacted by female die for production of blade from composite material, having fibre reinforcement, formed by preform and compacted by female die, and making solid element with inner and outer flanges, included into it. Then blade is processed, assembled and plurality of blades is attached together to make turbine engine composite component multi-feather sector. At that attachment is made by method, including stage of blades fastening by combined compaction with common female die, which are already assembled together at intermediate stage of compaction.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of equipment range during turbine engine components sectors manufacturing.
