SUBSTANCE: device comprises reversible electric-driven hydraulic pump whose inlets and outlets are connected with inlets and outlets of double-acting hydraulic cylinder. Body of said cylinder is secured on elevator cab while its rod, with the door. Hydraulic cylinder is disposed in horizontal plane, parallel with a guide which is capable of interacting with rollers installed on axles in upper part of the door. Installed in upper part of cab on each side thereof are two sheaves embraced by endless flexible tie whose upper side is connected to rollers of one door and the lower one, to those of the second door.
