FIELD: domestic washing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergent compositions for laundering. Described is a detergent composition for laundering, containing: a) a detergent surface-active agent containing a combination of an anionic and a nonionic surface-active agents, wherein the anionic surface-active agent is selected from linear alkylbenzene sulphonate and alkylalkoxylated sulphate and the nonionic surface-active agent is selected from the group consisting of alkylethoxylates C12-C18, alkylphenol alkoxylates C6-C12, a block of alkylene oxide condensate of alkylphenols C6-C12, alkylene oxide condensates of alkanols C8-C22, block polymers of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide, semipolar nonionic substances, alkyl polysaccharides, alkyl polyglucoside surface-active agents, nonionic surface-active agents by the formula R1(OC2H4)nOH, wherein R1 constitutes a C10-C16 alkyl group or a C8-C12 alkylphenyl group, and n ranges from preferably 3 to 80, condensation products of alcohols C12-C15 with 5 to 20 mol ethylene oxide per mol alcohol; wherein the concentration of the detergent surface-active agent in the composition for laundering is from 1 to 70% wt.; b) an enzyme system containing: i) xanthan endoglucanase, wherein said xanthan endoglucanase contains a polypeptide with a sequence at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1; ii) xanthanlyase, wherein said xanthanlyase contains a polypeptide with a sequence at least 85% identical SEQ ID NO: 2; and iii) mannanase, wherein said mannanase is selected from the group consisting of: a) mannanase exhibiting mannanase activity and containing a polypeptide with a sequence at least 85% identical to 27-331 residues presented in SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 3 corresponds to a full-length amino acid sequence of mannanase Man7, endogenous to Bacillus hemicellulosilyticus, including the signal sequence; b) mannanase exhibiting mannanase activity and containing a polypeptide at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 4 corresponds to a full-length amino acid sequence of mannanase Man4, endogenous to Paenibacillus sp; c) and mixtures thereof.
EFFECT: enzyme system has a greater capacity for destroying gel structures, and recontamination is reduced.
