SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a composition for producing glucose syrup from liquefied starch, comprising an enzyme alpha-amylase, pullulanase and glucoamylase, where alpha-amylase contains or consists of an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of an amino acid sequence having at least 90 % identity to the sequence SEQ ID NO: 5 or its mature polypeptide, where pullulanase contains or consists of an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of an amino acid sequence which has at least 90 % sequence identity of SEQ ID NO: 3 or its mature polypeptide, and wherein the glucoamylase contains or consists of an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of an amino acid sequence which has at least 90 % sequence identity of SEQ ID NO: 4 or its mature polypeptide.
EFFECT: invention increases output of glucose syrup.
