SUBSTANCE: subtilisin variant is proposed, having one or more improved properties compared to reference subtilisin containing an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 6, while improved property is selected from improved protease activity, improved purification effect in a detergent, and improved thermostability in a detergent. Nucleic acid encoding a subtilisin variant, compositions, and methods related to the production and use of the specified subtilisin variant are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtainment of efficient enzyme and its use in detergents.
