FIELD: protective coatings.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an epoxyurethane coating composition. The composition includes, wt. %: 40.0-44.8 epoxy-diane resin ED-20, 1.6-1.8 polyisocyanate based on 4,4'–diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 22.8-24.9 solvent P-4, 17.6-19.5 aromatic polyamine “Aramin”, 9-18 filler, as which technogenic alumina with a particle size of 0.5-10.0 microns is used, consisting of, wt.%: α-Al2O3 91.7-97.5; Fe2O3 0.2-5.0; SiO2 0.07-0.14, distributed in epoxy aliphatic resin DEG-1.
EFFECT: epoxyurethane composition makes it possible to increase the mechanical properties of the coating, and also provides a longer service life of the protected structures when exposed to abrasive materials.
