FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite materials based on fibrous fillers and nano-modified epoxy binder and can be used in production of fiber glass tubes and other articles produced by winding and employed in heat networks, hot water supply systems with network water, water supply systems, with working temperature of up to 150 °C. Nano-modified epoxy binder for composite materials contains epoxy diane resin and amine hardener. Hardener is polyamine grade “Aramine-T”, which is modified aromatic polyamine. Composite material contains nano particles of silica type representing organophilic clay of “Monamet 1E1” grade, and carbon type nano particles representing carboxylated carbon nano tubes of “Taunit-M” brand, if necessary, it contains plasticiser-floatation agent oxal T-92, which is mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers. Composite material contains active diluent, which is product of condensation of aniline and epichlorohydrin (epoxy aniline resin of EA grade). Above components are contained in composite material with following ratio (wt%): epoxy resin (4.12-72.44), nano particles of silica type (0.51-1.81), carbon type nano particles (0.02-0.45), plasticiser (0.0-0.56), active diluent (3.78-65.52), aromatic amine curing agent (22.69-28.1).
EFFECT: reduced duration of curing, high heat resistance and strength characteristics of cured compositions, wider range of epoxide compositions with improved technological and operational characteristics.
