The housing is made of sheet metal, and the external units, namely the external control and control panel and the upper-level dispatching system, make up a single functional general control unit, while there is a power supply in the system represented by a DC source.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the manufacture of elements of an intelligent system, increasing the degree of compatibility of the product, as well as the ability to control the electric motor more efficiently.
