SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in tunneling and cleaning combines for the destruction of a mountain massif by a working tool of actuators. The actuator of the tunneling and cleaning combine includes two planetary inclined-cutting actuators with rotating cutting discs mounted on handles that carry out portable movement. At the same time, the cutting discs of the mentioned planetary inclined-cutting actuators are installed at an angle to the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of movement of the combine, to ensure the possibility of destruction of the face by the front and rear cutters along the course of movement of the handles by the edges of the cutting discs of different planetary inclined-cutting actuators by cross, periodic, divergent-converging cuts of cycloidal-radial direction with equal depth at the places of their intersection.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality and improving the performance of the combine, due to a decrease in the yield of small fractions in the ore, a decrease in energy consumption for the destruction of the rock mass and an increase in the traction capacity of the crawler moving the combine.
