FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for destruction of rocks by cutters of mining combines with planetary actuators. Disclosed is a mining combine actuator arrangement, which includes two planetary actuators, the latter comprise cutting discs with relative and transportation motion drives and a mechanism for synchronizing transportation motion of planetary actuators. Drives of relative motion of discs are connected to drive of transportation motion and mechanism of synchronization of transportation motion by means of reduction gears of relative motion. Transportation motion drive with transportation motion synchronization mechanism is made in the form of transportation motion reducer with rigid kinematic connection, having constant value of ratio of rotation frequencies of relative and transportation motion. Toothed pairs of reduction gear of transportation motion are connected to gear pairs of reduction gears of relative motion and are made with possibility of ensuring destruction of rock mass by staggered consecutive cuts with location of subsequent cuts between two previous ones.
EFFECT: improvement of operational properties of mining machine by means of increase of efficiency of process of rock mass breaking and reduction of dynamic loads of drives of its actuating elements.
