FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in designs of heading-and-cutting machines intended for destruction of rock massifs by mechanized method. Double planetary-disk actuator of heading-and-cutting machine includes reduction gear of actuator transmitting synchronous rotation to two distributing reduction gears. Pair of reduction gears-handles with output shafts transmitting rotation to cutting discs is fixed on the distributing reduction gears. Output shaft of the reduction gear-handle consists of an external hollow shaft and an internal shaft coaxially installed inside it with fixation against turning. On one end of the inner shaft there is a fixture of axial movement, and on the other end a cutting disk is rigidly fixed. Part of the inner shaft with the cutting disc is made with possibility of limited extension from the outer hollow shaft and subsequent angular rotation relative to the axis of the output shaft due to the ball hinge to form a gap between the cutting disc and the walls of the mine working.
EFFECT: reduction of time expenditures and simplification of implementation of the process of bringing planetary-disk actuators into transport and working position, increase of operational efficiency of the combine.
