SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computing equipment and telecommunications and can be used for resource allocation in the event of conflicting resource combinations. System for optimising the frequency allocation implements an adaptive genetic algorithm with rank-proportional selection for assigning frequency sets to radioelectronic tools based on measuring the power of mutual interference between the radioelectronic tools, the radio scanning unit, and the corresponding control of the frequency activation/deactivation unit.
EFFECT: optimised frequency resource allocation between the radioelectronic tools of a set of compactly arranged diverse radioelectronic tools with minimised mutual interference.
