System for optimising the frequency allocation implements an adaptive genetic algorithm with rank-proportional selection for assigning frequency sets to radioelectronic tools based on measuring the power of mutual interference between the radioelectronic tools, the radio scanning unit, and the corresponding frequency activation/deactivation control unit.
EFFECT: optimised frequency resource allocation between the radioelectronic tools of a set of compactly arranged diverse radioelectronic tools with minimised mutual interference.
