The first part of the control information is transmitted to the control information receiving terminal via the first physical layer channel occupying the first time-frequency resource. The first indication information is transmitted to the control information receiving terminal, the first indication information is configured to indicate the size of the second time-frequency resource, and the second time-frequency resource is configured to be occupied when transmitting the second part of the control information. The second part of the control information is transmitted to the control information receiving terminal via the second physical layer channel occupying the second time-frequency resource.

EFFECT: achieving higher transmission speed, lower communication delay and more reliable communication.
