SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communications. To achieve the effect, it is provided: a decision to transmit one or more TVs in the first number of assigned time intervals, the first number being an integer greater than 1; generating a first signaling with downlink control information (DCI) to indicate that one or more transmission blocks are being transmitted at designated time intervals; and transmitting the first DCI signaling to the terminal, such that the terminal transmits said one or more transmission blocks at said designated time slots based on the first DCI signaling.
EFFECT: fast and reliable transmission of transmission blocks (TV).
