SUBSTANCE: to realise the described result, the method includes: deciding to transmit one or more TBs in a first number of designated time intervals, wherein the first number is an integer greater than 1; forming a first signalling with downlink control information (DCI) to indicate the transmission of transmission blocks in the corresponding designated time intervals; and transmitting the first DCI signalling to the terminal so that the terminal transmits the transmission blocks in the corresponding designated time intervals based on the first DCI signalling.
