SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extrusion of materials and can be used in the processing of various types of minerals. The screw extruder contains a housing with a hopper, a splitter with transport and forming channels, on the latter of which a forming nozzle is fixed, and a screw shaft. The forming channel is located at an angle exceeding the angle of friction of the extruded material against the walls of the splitter. The screw shaft has a shaft passing through the splitter and is fixed on one side in a bearing assembly consisting of three thrust-radial rolling ball bearings. The shaft of the screw shaft is mounted in a radial rolling ball bearing mounted in a cover rigidly attached to the splitter through a split washer.

EFFECT: as a result, an increase in the reliability and versatility of the extruder is provided.
