FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, primarily, to agronomic chemistry, and can be used to diagnose the need for nutrition elements in plants. Method for diagnosing includes flashing a solution with a mixture of salts of the tested nutrition elements, a suspension of plant chloroplasts, Tillman's reagent, and sodium chloride on a photometer. Prior to flashing on a photometer, the solution of chloroplast suspension, Tillman's reagent, and sodium chloride is prepared in a single light-protective container with a volume sufficient for the entire single test procedure.
EFFECT: reduced variability of the concentration of a chloroplast suspension and dye in a quartz test tube prior to flashing on a photometer and increase in the accuracy of diagnostic data.
