METHOD FOR CRYOSTATTING A HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC F25B45/00 F17C13/00

Abstract RU 2780909 C1

FIELD: cryogenics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic engineering and can be used in rocket and space engineering, medicine, and other fields of technology. Method for cryostatting a high-temperature superconducting (HTS) apparatus during testing includes placing said apparatus in a test chamber, connecting to a consumable cryostat, filling the consumable cryostat with a cryogenic agent, pumping the vapours of the cryogenic agent from the consumable cryostat to obtain a supercooled cryogenic agent, and ensuring the further circulation of the supercooled cryogenic agent between the consumable cryostat and the HTS apparatus while testing said apparatus. While the consumable cryostat is filled with a cryogenic agent and the vapours of the cryogenic agent are pumped out, additional circulation of the cryoagent is ensured between the consumable cryostat and the HTS apparatus.

EFFECT: ensured stable, uniform, free of local overheating cryostatting of an HTS apparatus at a set temperature level during testing on HTS apparatus, requiring no complex equipment.
