FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to seeding machines for precision seeding. The vacuum sowing device contains a housing with a coil installed in it on a horizontal shaft with elements made on its cylindrical surface for capturing seeds in the form of rows of cone-shaped recesses, a reflector located at an acute angle to the tangent circle of the cylindrical surface of the coil, and a seed tube. Inside the coil, vacuum radial channels and a wheel-shaped cavity are made, communicated with each other and with the coil shaft. The shaft is made hollow and outside has a square cross section. The shaft is equipped with a pipeline connected at one end to the ejector, which ensures the creation of a vacuum, and at the other end to the exhaust pipe of the energy carrier. At the same time, a rubberized pressure plate is installed under the reflector, the free end of which is made in the form of a wedge for cleaning the cone-shaped recesses from unfallen seeds. To create the necessary clamping force, a spring is installed in the lower part of the pressure plate.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the uniformity of seeding.
