FIELD: electroplating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrodeposition, in particular, to coating equipment, and can be used in automatic electroplating lines, mechanised electroplating lines, and manually serviced electroplating baths. Apparatus consists of an electroplating bath 1; a cathode rod 2; vertical guides 3 with grooves 4, installed on the end surfaces of the bath 1; guide sliders 5 configured to move along the grooves 4, with adjusting liners 6 located on the upper surfaces thereof; current catcher supports 7 connected to a DC source and located on the adjusting liners 6; a reciprocating motion mechanism 8 made in the form of a layshaft 9 installed horizontally on the longitudinal surface of the bath 1, each end whereof is rigidly linked with the lever system 10 consisting of three pivotally interconnected single-arm levers 11, 12, and 13; a roller 14 rigidly secured on the lower surface of each slider 5; a support roller 15 installed on each guide 3; a pin 16, one end whereof is secured on the pivot 17 connecting levers 11 and 12 of one of the lever systems 10, and the other end is secured on the eccentric 18 of the motor reducer 19; wherein the cathode rod 2 is installed on the current catcher supports 7, and the lever 13 of each lever system 10 is installed between the support roller 15 and the roller 14 of the slider 5, configured for contact. The motor reducer 19 is rigidly secured on the workshop floor near the side wall of the bath 1. The eccentric 18 is mounted on the shaft of the motor reducer 19.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of electroplating coatings due to the maintained constant component concentration in the coating deposition area provided by uniform vertical rocking of the cathode rod with the coated parts.
