FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrodeposition, in particular, to devices for applying plating coatings of a given thickness to inner surfaces of detachable cylindrical parts, including to inner surfaces of plain bearings of diesel locomotive engines. Device for applying plating coatings to the inner surface of detachable cylindrical parts comprises housing 1, made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped of non-conductive material, from current-carrying clamping mechanism 3 connected to current source 2 and consisting of sequentially connected vertically spaced current supply 4, spring 5, filtered cake 6, rod 7 and clamping bar 8 installed parallel to the bases of the housing and located on the inner side of front wall 9 along the edges along bars 10, made of conductive material. In the center of upper base 11 of housing 1 there is hole 12 into which rod 7 is inserted. In front wall 9 of housing 1 there is vertical trapezoidal slit 13, located along the center line with a large base upwards, and screens 14, made of a non-conductive material, are installed along it at both sides. Clamping bar 8 is connected to rod 7 by pin joint 15. Plates 16 fixe current-carrying clamping mechanism 3 to upper base 11 of housing 1 with fasteners 17 and 18. Clamping bar 8 is fixed with fasteners 19. There are current-carrying cables 20 between fastener 17 and fastener 19. Spacer ring 22, on which detachable cylindrical parts 23 are placed, is installed on lower base 21 of housing 1, spacer ring 24 is installed on the cylindrical parts. Rear wall 25 of housing 1 is made of a semicircular shape.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the improved quality of coating the inner surface of products.
