SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Two active drains in the form of rubber tubes are immersed into the wound, followed by suturing of the tissues above them. The first drainage is immersed in the paravasal space, the second drainage is immersed in subcutaneous fat. The distal ends of the drains are brought out between the skin sutures. The removed distal end of the first drainage is connected to the first “accordion”, and the removed distal end of the second drainage is connected to the second “accordion”.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of acute strained hematoma formation in the area of intervention and excludes the formation of a cosmetic defect in the form of scar tissue in the long-term postoperative period, reduces the number of patients with bleeding from the drainage outlet and infection.
