FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely cardiovascular surgery. There are the common carotid artery, internal carotid artery, external carotid artery. At the same time, a great saphenous vein is isolated. In this case, the ends of the great saphenous vein are ligated and the great saphenous vein is cut off, removed from the wound. After that, a metal cannula is immersed in the proximal end of the great saphenous vein, through which a saline solution is injected, simulating blood flow, visualizing the tributaries of the great saphenous vein, after which the tributaries of the great saphenous vein are bandaged. Then a lateral compression of the common carotid artery is performed, an arteriotomic opening is cut out with a scalpel and an end-to-side anastomosis is performed between the proximal end of the large saphenous vein and this arteriotomic opening. After that, lateral compression of the internal carotid artery is performed, an arteriotomic opening is cut out with a scalpel and an end-to-side anastomosis is performed between the distal end of the large saphenous vein and this arteriotomic opening. At the same time, before applying the last auture of the anastomosis, the clamp is removed from the common carotid artery, blood flow is started into the great saphenous vein, then the last stitch is performed, completing the anastomosis, and the clamp is removed from the internal carotid artery.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a path for blood flow from the OSA to the ICA bypassing the arteriotomy zone of the CCA and ICA.
