FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Inguinal or inguinal-femoral lymphadenectomy is performed. Vacuum drainage is placed on the bottom of the postoperative wound. Postoperative flap separated during lymphadenectomy is fixed to the bottom of the postoperative wound with point absorbable sutures in a staggered order with pitch of 2-3 cm with a suture with diameter of 3/00 or 4/00 with a distance between the incoming and outgoing sutures of 1-2 mm with provision of congruent contact of separated postoperative flap to whole area of postoperative wound. Knot is tied and the ends of the sutures are cut off above the knot. Wound is closed in layers using a cosmetic suture. Vacuum drainage is removed from the wound if the amount of separated lymph is less than 20.0 g/day.

EFFECT: method enables improving postoperative lymph outflow after inguinal or inguinal-femoral lymphadenectomy, reducing the time of postoperative wound engraftment to the postoperative wound bottom, preventing the risk of wound complications.
