SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to non-detachable hybrid adhesive prosthetic bridges for the lateral dentitions. Non-detachable hybrid adhesive prosthetic bridge for the lateral dentitions consists of a prosthetic body and two support retainer elements. The large retainer is rigidly connected with the prosthetic body, and the small retainer is secured separately from the prosthetic body and contacts it freely by means of an occlusal foot extending from the prosthetic body. The small retainer constitutes an adhesive liner made of pressed ceramics within the approximate surface of the tooth, thickened towards the missing tooth and provided with a bed for the occlusal foot extending partially beyond the contours of the tooth.
EFFECT: preservation of the intact enamel of the lingual surface of the tooth, preservation of the enamel of the approximate surface facing the defect, and ensured strong adhesive connection of the small retainer with the tooth by a composite due to the good adhesive properties of the cast pressed ceramics.
