SUBSTANCE: retention grooves are created on an occlusion surface of retainer teeth. Internal notches are formed from both sides from the bottom of the groove cavity, wherein a non-polymerised end of a frame base of a prosthesis is loaded and polymerised. The residual cantilever portion that is a free arm is arranged in parallel to an alveolar process. The prepared frame models of the missing teeth of glass fibre are strung on the cantilever portion and fixed by a fluid composite. The prosthesis frame is modelled, which is faced by an orthopaedic composite to form a washout space. The prosthetic height and width are adjusted, and the prosthesis is glazed.

EFFECT: by creating a light, wear-resistant, resin-bonded cantilever bridge with the maximum preservation of solid dental tissues, the method enables restoring the aesthetic and functional adequacy of the dental arch with the free end saddle for one visit.
