FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to heat-resistant, heatproof austenitic steel, intended for the manufacture of products operating in the combustion products of highly aggressive organic fuels, in particular high-sulfur fuel oil, coal, shale, oil cracking products, at temperatures of 650-700°C. Steel contains components in the following ratio, wt. %: carbon 0.01-0.03, silicon 2.20-2.80, manganese 16.50-18.00, chromium 16.00-18.00, nickel 2.50-4.50, copper 2.00-2.50, cerium and/or yttrium 0.005-0.02, titanium 0.080-0.15, niobium 0.80-1.00, aluminum 0.005-0.02, boron 0.0008-0.001, nitrogen 0.10-0.30, calcium 0.005-0.02, iron and unavoidable impurities the rest. As unavoidable impurities, it contains, wt. %: sulfur ≤0.010, phosphorus ≤0.015 and oxygen ≤0.005, and the contents of niobium, titanium and carbon satisfy the ratio: 10≤Nb+Ti/C≤15.
EFFECT: increase in the stability of the austenitic structure and resistance to intercrystallite corrosion is provided.
