SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container for storage, dispensing, and issue of bulk material, wherein the container includes: a tank for storage of bulk material, wherein the specified tank includes a closed upper end and an open lower end, while the specified tank has an essentially cylindrical shape, a dispenser lid for issue of bulk material from the open lower end of the tank, wherein the specified dispenser lid includes: an inner rotating element with at least one hole, wherein the specified inner rotating element is made with the possibility of rotation around a longitudinal central axis, while the specified inner rotating element includes a central connecting means made with the possibility of detachable engagement with a rotating shaft passing along the central axis, an outer immobile element with a central hole and at least one outlet formed in it, while the inner rotating element is made with the possibility of selective rotation relatively to the outer immobile element in such a way that, in at least one position of the inner element, in a circumferential direction, at least one hole of the inner element is overlapped with at least one outlet of the outer immobile element for provision of issue of bulk material from the container, while the tank includes at least one longitudinal straight rib protruding inward the inner volume of the tank.
