SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for dispensing a flow of powders from such dispensers or machines, as well as methods for filling flexible containers with free-flowing powders using such devices. The powder dispenser contains a tube of circular cross-section; a screw extending axially through the tube; and a disk-shaped distribution device extending transversely to the axis of the tube and partially covering the tube. The disk-shaped distribution device contains a central ring and distribution elements extending from it in the radial direction. The central ring has a radius that is 55-90% of the inner radius of the tube; at least one of the distribution elements extends no more than 1 mm from the inner wall of the tube; and between each distribution element at a distance of 1 mm from the cylindrical wall there is a distance formed by a circular arc concentric to the tube, amounting to 30%-65% of the inner radius of the tube.
