SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for heat treatment of fodder grain, and can be used in small agricultural and grain processing enterprises. The device contains a support frame on which a fodder grain hopper is installed, the upper and lower part of which has the shape of a cylinder in a ratio of 1:1.5. There is a flap in the lower part that performs the function of a fodder grain dispenser. A branch pipe connected to the flexible pipeline of the cleaning plant is installed in the upper part of the loading bin on the one side, there is a branch pipe connected to the discharge thermal container on the other side. A vibrating slide board is installed at an angle β=5…40° to the horizon under the loading bin consisting of a vibrator, a vertical rack and a lifting mechanism. There is a heat-insulating casing above the vibrating slide board, with infrared radiation sources installed inside. 2 to 10 L-shaped round-section 4-blade agitators are installed between insulation casing and they are made of a rod with a diameter of 4-10 mm. The discharge thermocontainer is located after the vibrating slide board.

EFFECT: present invention will improve the quality of processed raw materials.
