SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production, in particular to the design of a system for powering a submersible electric motor (SEM) and simultaneous heating of the well fluid, in order to eliminate asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD) in wells. It can be used in fields with mechanized oil production from wells. The cable system for the oil production unit contains a combined cable, in which there are wires for powering the submersible electric motor and wires for heating the tubing string, the place of splicing of these wires. In this case, the combined cable forms a section of the cable line, on which the heating wires are located coaxially with respect to the supply wires and form a parallel connection with them. One ends of the heating and supply conductors are connected to each other at the splice point, which is connected to the supply extension cable for connection to the submersible electric motor. The second ends of the heating and supply conductors of the combined cable have a separate connection. Wherein the supply wires are connected to the transformer, and the heating wires are connected to the heating relay and connected to a "star".
