FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended to influence the bottomhole zone of a well in order to reduce the viscosity of the well fluid before receiving a submersible pump, to increase its performance and prevent the formation of asphaltene-paraffin-hydrate deposits. A downhole installation for the production of high-viscosity oil consists of a control station with a power regulator, which is connected to an industrial power supply network, a transformer, a submersible motor that drives the submersible pump, a telemetry unit, and an electromagnetic emitter unit. Wherein the control station with its output is connected to the input of a power transformer, the output of which is connected by a power cable to the input of the submersible electric motor. The downhole installation includes a radiator unit that provides thermal effect on the downhole fluid, a control unit and a connection unit. Moreover, the connection unit with its first input is connected to the output of the submersible electric motor, and the output is connected to the first input of the electromagnetic emitter unit, the first input of the radiator unit and the first input-output of the telemetry unit, in which the second input-output is connected to the first input-output of the control unit. The second output of the control unit is connected to the second input of the radiator unit. Its third output is connected to the second input of the electromagnetic emitter unit. The fourth output is connected to the second input of the connection block.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the technological process of producing high-viscosity oil with electric submersible pumps by improving the reliability of submersible equipment, simplifying tripping operations.
