FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of fiberboards. A fiberboard contains lignocellulose fibers and a binding agent pressed together. Lignocellulose fibers are mixed with the binding agent, while at least 95% by wt. of lignocellulose fibers with a moisture content of 6% pass through a woven sieve of metal wire with a cell width of 3 mm. At least 50% by wt. of lignocellulose fibers pass through the woven sieve of metal wire with a width cell of 630 mcm. The mixture of lignocellulose fibers and the binding agent is applied to a surface as at least the first layer. At least the first layer of the mixture of lignocellulose fibers and the binding agent is pressed to form fiberboard (16) having the total thickness from 0.5 to 7 mm and density of at least 930 kg/m3.
EFFECT: efficiency of fiberboard production is increased.
