SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of antimicrobial agents and can be used in medicine as an additive in antimicrobial ointments, wound dressings, anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. The method for obtaining CeO2-Beta systems with antimicrobial properties in the dark at a concentration of CeO2 in the system of 30-70% consists in obtaining a reaction mixture by solid-phase mixing of the reagents Ce(NO3)3×6H2O and zeolite Beta, followed by annealing of the resulting mixture for 1 hour at a temperature of 420°C. At the same time, the resulting system has a Beta structural basis and a functional basis: nanoscale CeO2.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a CeO2-Beta system exhibiting high bactericidal properties against the conditionally pathogenic gram-negative bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa (blue pus bacillus) in the dark, as well as to simplify the process of obtaining CeO2-Beta systems, significantly reducing the number of stages and reagents used.
