FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: fused protein is presented, containing the main protein and one or more elongation peptides, where an amino acid sequence of the main protein is identical or similar to an amino acid sequence of human blood protein or its fragment. Moreover, the specified elongation peptide(s) contain(s) a cluster of O-glycosylated amino acids with at least two O-glycosylated amino acids and have(s) sequence identity of at least 90% to SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention also relates to: a composition of the first protein and the second protein for the treatment or prevention of a coagulation disorder, a complex formed by fused protein, polynucleotide encoding fused protein, a vector, a host cell containing polynucleotide, the use of fused protein for increasing half-life of the second protein, and the use of a pharmaceutical composition or a complex for the treatment or prevention of a coagulation disorder.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtainment of fused protein, which has increased half-life compared to the main protein, and which can be used for increasing half-life of a binding partner.
